I decided that I had some words to say, so I set up a blog. Being 25 years late to something feels appropriate. Most of my career, I've thought that people had too much to say, and most of the time, I didn't find value in their saying it. It wasn't until reading some work of my peers, especially Derek Perez and Ozzie Osman, and guidance from Curt Geen, who taught me how he used years of his writing to build some introspective, critical thinking Claude skills for himself, that I decided a blog was the right way to codify some of my thoughts.
